I hope all of you enjoyed your Thanksgiving!!! I have more things to be thankful for everyday and I'm loving my journey!!! I'm one lucky gal for sure.
Ok...so we know I have to restart sugar, gluten, and dairy...now corn as well, so I've decided to do that on Monday. I'll make good choices, but for my organization and schedule I would like to have a Monday start.. Also, for blog sake, I'm going to continue writing for 21 days. Why? Because not all progress is lost and I believe in myself. After my reset on those specifics I'll do an update, with weightloss and progress. Today I actually really enjoyed my Vega Shake to begin my day. It was delicious and made me realize why I've been leaving out the "trigger" foods. Also my supplements and water are feeling helping put me back on track. Today I feel a hot mess. Bloated, sluggish, just like before I started...Good news is, I now am certain my issue is food intolerance. Still not sure of the specifics, but it's a definite. I mean after one day of less than stellar eating and a few glasses of wine...I'm feeling yuck. So, putting on my big girl panties (not because I need them lol) and moving forward! I know I can do this. Holidays will be a challenge every year, but I'm loving my 13 lb weight loss, energy, and to keep moving in that direction I won't quit now. I want this lifestyle change to stick. So I'm all in, even with a few bumps. Tip for today: H2O!!! It's so so important. Drink at least half your body weight to help keep everything in check! I'm drinking tons of it and as we put up the Christmas tree I started to perk up!! Meals today: Breakfast- Vega Shake Lunch- Vega Shake Dinner- An authentic CO homemade dish. made as a tradition for our first Thanksgiving alone in MA.
