This won't be easy, but it will be SO worth it!
Although exercise is encouraged for a healthy lifestyle, if this is all new to you, don't add in the gym just yet. I've failed many times in my journey by taking on to much at once...so master cutting these foods out first and THEN decide when working out makes sense for you! I added exercise in after week two and I only workout 3 days a week. Being healthy shouldn't stress you out, so take it one step at a time.
