The Virgin Diet: Day 13

I'm eating my failure pie one bite at a time. Happily. I'm giving myself grace moving forward. Today I miss the non bloated feeling from before Thanksgiving, and I will get it back. I'll be resetting completely tomorrow, but I've stayed on track. I actually enjoy eating healing foods and staying hydrated!! Strange right!?!

This process is incredibly empowering. I'm learning more about my body than I have in years. Obviously I have food intolerance and now I have a sure fire way to kick it! I'll be sticking with this moving forward.

Meals for today:
Breakfast- Vega shake
Lunch- Fish with kale salad and virgin diet dressing, side of Quinoa
Snack- Turkey roll up
Dinner- Vegan, gluten free mac&"cheese"
