I found the Berry Vega at a local grocery!! Super pumped!!! It's a nice alternative to the chocolate for sure. I also picked up some ground flaxseed to start adding in. I've found that by amping up my fiber inevitably I'm losing more weight and feeling little to no bloating...even after a glass of wine. Which I did have, and is allowed.
I've also found a blender bottle that really helps me keep up with my water intake. Remember for the elimination cycle you should be taking in 1/2 your body weight in ounces. Trust me it makes a difference. I now notice when I need to drink instead of eat. It's way more often than I thought lol. So find a good drinking cup and sip all day! I must say it again...flavored seltzer water is a life saver too!
I'm gearing up for Turkey Day and SO Excited to cook some famous dishes!!! I will put it out right here...I may be starting the 21 days over after tomorrow. It will surely be a game time decision. I believe there's a balance between healthy and living your life. I am fully committed, but even strong people cave at times. I refuse to be "that girl" who's fussing over what's in a delicious meal shared with incredible friends. I will enjoy the day. So stay tuned...
