Lets be honest...the holidays are the WORST time to commit to a new diet or routine!!! I started The Virgin Diet before Thanksgiving 2015 and tried hard to stick with it through Christmas...and about that....LOL...fail. I did lose 17 pounds, but I cheated and didn't totally remove "trigger foods"!! So I'm back!! In 2016 I commit to losing 20 more pounds (and keeping off the full 40 pounds) and I aim to do it without going crazy!!!
